KNITTING

We use high-quality knitting machines like Italy LONATI to prduce outstanding graduated compression socks, medical stockings, and compression sleeves.

STEP 3
CUTTING and SEWING

Cutting and sewing can be done on this process for medical stockings like compression knee high, thigh high and pantyhose. We also reinforce the edge of the stockings and sleeves.

STEP 4
DYEING

Compression stockings are dyed in this process, and chemical treatments are added as well. For instance, the color fixing agent is to improve the colorfastness, and the softening agent is to provide a better hand feel.

PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

All specifications and special processing can be tailored in accordance with your design and requirements.

HEAT SETTING

Boarding is to make the stocking shape and size correct.

QUALITY INSPECTION

Before the shipment, our quality engineers random inspect the product and check the dimension according to our product standard manuals. We also test the compression on the SATRA STM 579 Hosiery compression tester.

PACKAGING
